Our signature Training group classes are designed to provide each member with a dynamic, energy infused, results driven experience in 60 minutes. The 12 Training combines body part specific, multi-directional movements utilizing free weights, resistance bands, cardio equipment and body weight with high intensity intervals. These circuit style classes are deliberately formatted to burn maximum calorie levels within each group class. Igniting The 12 Training effect, the body continues to burn excess calories 18-24 hours post workout, effectively sculpting, shaping, and shredding each person’s physique. Need to get ready on the fly post-workout?
Our locker rooms are stocked with the basics you need for both men and women: Mouthwash, Lotion, Shaving Crème & blow-dryers.

Parking Details

  • The Costa Mesa location has a substantial attached and shared parking lot.

  • The Irvine location has a specific set of parking spaces allocated to the facility- please see the Irvine parking map for details.

  • The Huntington Beach location has a large parking lot with an entrance at the rear of the building.

Towels and Water come Standard

  • Fresh towels are provided for each member and filtered/ionized water coolers are placed throughout both locations.

  • Simply bring your water bottle to fill up, drink up, and repeat throughout your workout. Oh- and make sure to return your towel soaked with sweat.

Are the class schedules the same for both locations?

  • The 5 Session Package expires within 30 days of purchase.

  • The 10, 20 and 30 Session Packages have a 1 year expiration from the date of purchase.

  • The Monthly Unlimited Package is good for one calendar month.

Do both locations have a Club Workout Area to do personal workouts or personal training?
No, the Club Membership is only available at the Costa Mesa location.

Is the Club Membership included in the Group Session Packages?
No, the Club Membership is a separate monthly fee, please see club for packages & pricing.

Wait… I’m on the waitlist?!?

  • We don’t want that to happen to you either!

  • Our Reservation Policy was designed to make sure we are maintaining the best training experience for all of our members.

  • To be guaranteed a spot in the class of your choice, we require that each member pre-register for their classes.

  • Keep in mind classes can be reserved up to one month in advance. Members are always welcome to drop in for a class, but keep in mind, if the class is sold out, drop-ins cannot be honored.

  • Don’t worry- every class has an online registration capacity of 30 and a wait list of 10. So, if you are on the wait list you will be notified via email if someone has cancelled and you have been added!

Pre-Registration 101
Please download our app “The 12” on iTunes or DROID to Pre-Register for your classes. You can

  • Register for your classes up to a month in advance.

  • Click here to locate our app download page.

  • Members who arrive for classes they have not pre-registered for are subject to the availability of the classes and are not guaranteed a spot if the class is already at capacity with pre-registered members. So, secure your favorites in advance!

Oops...Can't Make It?!?!

  • Working late? Baby sitter cancel? Just not feeling it? If you need to cancel please do so at least 8 hours prior to your scheduled class. This will allow those on the waitlist to be notified that they have been added to the class…and usually there is a waitlist full of members who are vying for your spot!

  • If you fail to meet this guideline you will lose your session or be charged $15 if you are on the Monthly Unlimited package.


I am traveling! Can I pause my membership?

The freeze policy allows you to temporarily suspend your membership in accordance with the following terms:

You may freeze your membership at no charge for up to 30 days once per contractual year. Any additional time or each additional freeze is $15 per month, payable in advance.


MEDICAL FREEZE: If your doctor feels you are medically unable to use the studio during your pregnancy or injury, you can request a medical freeze for up to nine (9) months. You must provide a doctor’s letter at the time of requesting a freeze. Health is our priority! The 12 will waive the fee for medical freezes.


A freeze won’t work for me. How do I cancel?

There is no minimum contract length associated with cancellations. We simply require a 30-day notice before your next billing. You can cancel at any time in studio with a manager by giving the appropriate notice and filling out a cancellation form. Digital forms will not be accepted.

OUR POLICY STATES: If you choose to cancel your AutoPay Membership, all payments scheduled within the 30 days following the cancellation request will be processed. Expect at least 1 more payment to be processed after your cancellation request. This is our standard policy and no exceptions are made.


RELOCATION: If you relocate more than 25 miles away from any of The 12 studios, you may cancel your membership with proof of relocation, such as a utility bill, lease or deed to a house, or a letter from your human resources department stating you have been relocated to another region.


MEDICAL: If your doctor finds you medically unable to workout for more than six months, we will just need a letter from your physician. They do not need to give specifics, just their medical opinion that you are unable to work out for at least six months. You may deliver this note in person to your club's Studio Manager and fill out a cancellation form. In this instance if you are unable to submit to your studio in person, you may electronically send the doctor’s note with your request that your membership be canceled to your home studio. Please include your most recent contact information in case we need to follow up with you.



No, all cancellations must be done in the studio with a manager. Cancellations are processed this way to ensure terms are understood, the cancellation is processed correctly, and so you will get a receipt that your cancellation was received.
